The Asian
Competition Forum (ACF) was founded on 11th December 2005 by a group of
academics in Law and Economics and experts in Competition Law in Asian
Pacific Region. The aim and objectives of
this non-profit making organization are to promote economic competition
through research and study of Law and Economics by means of teaching
& training courses, conferences & seminars, publications and
production of teaching materials.
The ACF has three types of
membership:

The 4th
Asian Competition Law and Policy Conference 2008 will be held on 8th-9th
Dec 2008 at The Hong Kong
Polytechnic University. Details will be
released later.
The ‘Unleashing the Tiger? Competition Law in China and Hong Kong’ conference will
be held by Melbourne Law School,
The University of Melbourne and Gilbert + Tobin at Melbourne Law
School, The University of Melbourne
